Our Organic Biológico blend is curated for coffee lovers who appreciate vibrant complexity and exceptional purity. Every brew offers elegant notes of rich caramel, deep dark chocolate and delicate floral aromas, a sophisticated profile with medium body and high acidity, a light-brown, persistent foam and a complex, beautifully lingering finish. Freshness is protected by a heat-sealed, multi-layer pouch (an inner polyethylene layer, an aluminium core and an outer polyester layer) with an integrated one-way valve, shielding the beans from oxygen and moisture and preserving the rich oils and deep aromas from the first grind to the very last cup.
